Beautiful antique Vendéen cabinet in cherry wood, XIXth wedding debit, Louis XV style. Louis XV style Vendéen cabinet in cherry wood, front and sides, opening with a high door, 2 drawers in the middle and a low door. very functional furniture Cut-outs on the doors, marquetry on the upper crosspiece with the initials of the spouses "M" and "S" and marquetry also on the lower crosspiece which is fretted. Beautiful decorative iron keyholes on the doors and drawers; large iron plug; locks and keys in working order. The front legs are arched and straight rear legs in cherry wood (as well as the uprights.) The back, as well as the interior shelves are in poplar and various country woods. Vendée region.
